Of course he doesn't really believe that HE needs to repent, reform, or do anything else to clean up his despicable act. He obviously believes that HE is Mr. Clean and that it's only other people who are destined for Hell if they don't eagerly and obediently bow down to him and his imaginary sky daddy.
