Except of course when it's gordo or any other IDiot threatening to do the suing, or saying that an IDiot like wee willy wanker craig should sue Dawkins. That's why it's not "a general rule". Only non-IDiots are subject to the rules on UD.
It's also obvious that DrBot was being sarcastic about suing and just throwing some of gordo's own blustering bullshit back at him.
